Concrete Sleeper walls are a type of cantilever retaining wall system that engages the foundation by way of steel piles or soldiers. The concrete panel or unit, known as a ‘sleeper’ is then installed to the appropriate heights required to retain the embankment behind the wall.

The main benefits beyond being comparable in price to timber retaining walls is that the concrete sleeper wall can be installed in front of existing failed walls to minimise on total costs of replacement.

Highly durable, concrete sleepers will be able to last nearly twice as long as timber-made equivalents. See our panel finish page for a broad range of colours and textures.
