Retained Earth deploys efficient and thorough procurement procedures to ensure that your project goes as smoothly as possible.

We analyse against the project specification, assess the most appropriate list of suppliers through various methods of analysis and execute with efficiency.

Retained Earth have amassed a number of quality suppliers across many industries including retaining wall designers & product manufacturers, geotechnical & structural consultancies, construction companies, masonry companies & precast concrete facilities across various international markets.

Retained Earth, through the various mechanisms in place, helps to ensure ‘global stability’ in its true, basic form.

Without compromise, we review and audit potentialities for each project; ensuring that not only the product is of the utmost quality but also that our supply partners are able to adhere to projected milestones and other project specific-expectations.

QUALITY

The core function of ISO9001 is to guarantee a regimented & gauged quality-assured process; reassuring the target-end-user as to the tolerances and standards involved in each parties supply network and within the finished product itself.

Whilst working within this framework, Retained Earth satisfies common best practice in relation to quality assurance through constant surveillance, measurement and analysis.

Improving inline with industry standards, our constantly-evolving, extensively documented and controlled quality system allows for a well-rounded and efficient business delivery model.

Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)

In line with relevant Workplace Health & Safety standards, we align every business activity and workplace to coincide with the responsibilities stated under the Workplace Health & Safety Act and the associated regulations and the Codes of Practice provided for under the Act.

Through consistent assessment of approved methods and measures to ensure that our staff, contractors, subcontractors, clients, visitors, volunteers, apprentices and trainees, are kept as safe as possible, we enhance the overall performance of the company through keeping a “safety first” policy at our worksites.

We protect our employees and associated parties through the implementation of an occupational health and safety management system in accordance with AS/NZS 4801:2001.

This policy extends to our suppliers who are also reviewed against the ‘reasonably practicable’ standards contained in the WHS Act or their national equivalent.

If it is not safe, we don’t do it. Period.

ENVIRONMENT

Retained Earth  has designed a specific range of environmental policies to minimise the impact of our business operations on the environment.

These include measures and targets for carbon emissions, energy, waste and resource use, as well as set mandatory environmental standards for incorporating sustainability into our most basic operational procurement processes.

We support these commitments to reduce our impact on the environment and to adopt practices that use resources with sustainability at the forefront.
